I am in the beginning stages of triathlon training. Recently, I found this link which is a 20 minute segment of a Coach Al Lyman seminar where he discusses the importance of utilizing the energy stored within the elasticity of the hips and ligaments, as well as the importance of Yoga to prevent injury.

I'm on week 2 of P90X which is pretty taxing, but am still trying to work my heart rate by running for an hour in my upper heart rate zone on non cardio days of P90X.

I am looking for some lessons from someone with the similar running philosophy as Coach Al, because that make sense to me. I definitely noticed a great difference today when I simply started twisting my hips more. Any suggestions?
